What can customer do to ensure they get what they purchase fast and safe?
1. For delivery with Australia Post, Fastway and TNT courier, the courier will try to delivery the parcel to you when they receive it (A business address will increase the chance you get the parcel at the first place). If unsuccessful, Australia Post will leave a card, which allow you to collect the parcel from your local post office, and Fastway and TNT will leave a calling card that ask you to contact them for a redelivery. But sometime they may forget to leave a card, so we advise our customer to email us for a tracking number if they don't get their parcel 3 working days more than the normal transit time (listed below).
2. We will do our best to ensure customer get the purchase quick and safe, but accident do happen. So we ask all customer to check the content of the parcel when you receive the delivery BEFORE sign for the parcel. In the case if anything broken, please accept the parcel but report to us immediately and put it in writting on the shipping document the delivery driver ask you to sign. In the case that the drive refuse you to check item before signing, please print [I did not check the items] or similar on the shipping document before sign for it. Check the items immediately, and report to us within 24 hours if anything damaged.
3. For delivery with Door2Door Courier, we will advise our customer the date of delivery and contact detail of courier over phone or email. Please contact the courier on the date of delivery for time of delivery. The delivery carry by this courier might be after hour for some region. This courier got the highest rating of safe delivery of fragile items but they only delivery to each region fortnightly.
4. For delivery within Sydney metro area, we will use our own truck and driver for delivery. We will arrange the date of delivery over email or phone. Customer need to arrange someone to help the driver unload and check the item on spot.
